How to Choose Your Sur-Ron
Start with the rider, not the spec sheet. Height, weight and experience matter more than peak power. A 6-foot rider on a Light Bee can feel cramped by the end of the day, and a younger rider on an Ultra Bee HP may have more bike than they need. Then think about where you will ride: tight woods, open desert, a track, or the street where your state allows it.
Which Sur-Ron is best for beginners?
The Hyper Bee suits smaller riders. The Light Bee X in Eco mode is the easier starting point for teens and adults.
What is the difference between the 2025 and 2026 Light Bee X?
The 2026 has 10kW instead of 8kW and a 72V battery instead of 60V. The 2025 costs less.
