Payment Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026. This Payment Policy explains how pricing and payment work on Surron Ultra Bee Shop.

Currency

Prices on the store are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless a page clearly states otherwise.

Payment Methods

Our current manual payment options are Bank Transfer, Zelle and Venmo. Place your order first and select the method you prefer. We will review and confirm your order, then send the payment information for that method. Please do not send payment until you receive our confirmation and payment instructions. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you to pay using details that were not sent after your order was confirmed, contact us through Get in Touch before sending money.

Secure Checkout

Orders should be placed through the website checkout. Payment details may be handled by the payment provider used for the transaction, while WooCommerce stores the order information needed to process and support the purchase.

When an Order Is Confirmed

An order is considered received when the website creates the order and provides an order confirmation. Fulfillment begins after any required payment review and confirmation are complete.

Pricing Errors and Availability

If a clear pricing, stock or configuration error affects an order before fulfillment, we may contact you to correct or cancel the affected item. If payment has already been collected for an item we cannot fulfill, the amount collected for that item will be returned through the original payment method.

Taxes, Shipping and Other Charges

Any shipping charge or other order cost that applies is shown during checkout or confirmed before the order is completed where required. Review the final order total before submitting payment.

Fraud Prevention

We may hold or cancel an order when information cannot be verified or when the transaction presents a reasonable fraud or security concern. We may contact the purchaser for additional order verification.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility and timing.
